    Inactive links may be redirected, reassigned, or monetized by the Provider. Active links that remain under your control will never be repurposed without your action.

    5. Purpose and Benefits

    We repurpose inactive links in order to:

    • Maintain link continuity – preventing broken or "dead" links that could harm user trust or experience.
    • Ensure a smoother user experience – redirecting visitors to relevant destinations instead of error pages.
    • Support Service sustainability – monetizing unused or abandoned links through the Provider's own affiliate or referral programs, helping us maintain and improve the Service for all users.

    Repurposing does not affect your ability to manage or redirect your active links at any time.

    • Legitimate interests – ensuring link continuity, avoiding dead ends, and optimizing the Service.

    7. Link Repurposing & Monetization Rights

    By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that inactive links may be repurposed by the Provider. When a link becomes inactive, the Provider may:

    • Redirect the link to another relevant or functional destination.
    • Monetize the link using the Provider's own affiliate or referral programs.
    • Reassign the link for other purposes within the Service, provided such reassignment does not affect your active links.

    Repurposing is a core feature of the Service and may occur automatically. All repurposing activities are carried out:

    • Transparently, with clear disclosures in your account dashboard.
    • In compliance with applicable laws, including the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, and consumer protection regulations.

    You have the right to object to repurposing at any time by contacting us (see Section 12). Please note that disabling repurposing may limit or prevent your use of the Service.

    Inactive links may be repurposed for as long as necessary to ensure continuity and support Service sustainability. Any revenue generated from repurposed links is retained by the Provider and used to maintain and improve the Service.

    11. Data Storage and Transfers

    All link data, including repurposed links, is stored and processed in the United States. If you are located in the EU/EEA or another region with specific data protection requirements, please note:

    • Your data will be transferred to and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your home country.
    • Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent legal mechanisms, to ensure an adequate level of protection for your data.
